Washing and care: (13 lb washing machine capacity or higher.) Use a gentle cycle and skip the bleach and the fabric softener. Don't use a washing machine with a center agitator or centrifuge, which can damage the rug. Tumble dry low, and don't leave it sitting in the washer once the cycle ends. Between washes, run a low-powered vacuum over it regularly to counteract shedding. And keep it somewhere that doesn't sit in direct sun all day.
