Modern Nursery is a small, family owned business, and our customer care team is a small group of very thoughtful humans! We care about you and whatever the issue may be, we want to help. Please keep in mind that on the other line of your email or phone call, is a real person who is doing their best to help and treat you with kindness and compassion - pay it forward and return the favor! We know how incredibly stressful any deviation from your birth plan can be and we are ready to go to bat for you to get you the most favorable outcome.

Each of our items has a note on whether or not it can be returned. Due to stringent guidelines on products for babies, we are unable to offer returns on most things if they have been opened, so that we can ensure only the safest products for any child receiving our products.

Not usually, but contact us to see if we can help you out. Please do not open or unbox your items if you plan to ask.

Estimated ship dates are provided on every product page, so that you can manage expectations for your delivery! Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. The dates provided are our best estimate as to when your order will be dispatched, and are not guaranteed.

You'll get $1 back on every $10 spent on our site, and can even earn more by reviewing your products, or referring your friends!

You can use your rewards points towards any purchase on our site! Simply exchange your points on the rewards page for a coupon code, and the amount of points you have will be translated into real money!

Most of our customer base is in the continental US. Please contact us for international shipping requests. Some brands are excluded from shipping outside the U.S. To verify eligibility for shipping abroad, please drop us a line at service@modernnursery.com with your full address, and let us know what products you are shopping for.

Our owners bought Modern Nursery from its past owners a few years ago and have made some key changes - first and foremost that our customer service team truly cares about you and that ALL of our products are truly safe for your children. If you aren't happy, we are't happy, and will do everything we can to ensure you're well taken care of as you build your dream nursery and beyond.
