Expedited Shipping Delivery

Expedited shipping is available for many of our goods! Please note that expedited shipping means your order will be pulled to the top of the processing list to ship that day (or the next depending on time of order). Many of our smaller, soft good items are able to be expedited and will arrive in 1-3 business days after shipping. However, larger items such as car seats, strollers, furniture, etc. where expedited is selected, may take 4-5 business days to arrive after shipping. In some cases, an extra fee may be assessed to have your parcel arrive by the date you request. We will reach out to you if expedited shipping is selected and an item cannot make it in the 1-3 business day window or if an additional charge is required to complete your expedited request. If you have a specific date in which you need an item by (a baby shower, a birthday, etc.), please call or email us to let us know – while we do our best to meet all requests, we are shipping to and from all of the country and some requests are not feasible. Please feel free to email or call us with any questions, we look forward to getting you your gear as fast as possible! 


Note: Business Days are Monday through Friday. Expedited service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

Delivery Surcharges ($)

*Unfortunately, some manufacturers have a required surcharge for larger furniture items that cannot be waived as part of our standard Free Shipping for orders over $99; these fees will be listed under the Freight Fee in the Info & Tips box for any individual item that falls into this category. Most larger furniture items will ship via freight carrier where standard delivery is to the curb. You will have to arrange to have the items brought into your home. If you would like an inside delivery quote or an assembly quote, please email us and we will get you the info ASAP!

International Shipping Available!

We can ship some products internationally. Please email us at [email protected] with your name and full address as well as the items you would like to order. We will generate a shipping quote and be back in touch via email with the quote and ordering instuctions asap. We try to get the quote and instructions back to you as fast as we are able and most quotes and returned in 30-60 minutes sometimes even faster! However, if requested after hours or over the weekend, please allow 12-24 hours to hear back. Please note, some brands are excluded. General Information

Most purchases are shipped from our Virginia warehouse by FedEx or USPS delivery service and will usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the order. However, shipping times are approximate. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Depending on your location and your order we will pick the carrier that will get your package to you as quick as possible. We also try and ship orders the same day as you place them. (Side note: During the December Holiday Season an additional day or two for processing might be needed to ship your order). Hey, we shop online too... checking the front door for the package to arrive day after day is a drag. You will receive tracking information the evening of the day we ship your order. Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will have an additional surcharge which may vary per product. Should this occur, you will receive a notification or phone call from us after your order is placed. On larger items, a custom quote will need to be emailed to you directly. Please contact us at [email protected] with the items you wish to purchase and we will send you a quote immediately!

In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Please make sure the email address you provide upon ordering is the best way to contact you. Occasionally our emails end up in Junk Folders or Spam Boxes so to ensure you receive our emails, please add [email protected] to your safe senders list. We don’t spam (we don’t like it either) and opting out of our emails is easy as a single click!
Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

We are happy to ship to our Canadian friends. No reason why the Canadian's shouldn't be hip too, eh? We will do our best to estimate your shipping costs during checkout. Please note, however, on larger orders we may have to add additional shipping costs prior to shipment (we will notify of these costs prior to any shipment). Shipping can range from $24.95 to $34.95 depending on the product (a bodysuit would fall under the lower shipping fee while a crib set will be on the higher end). We also regret that we cannot offer Free Shipping to Canadian orders.

Address Corrections
There is a $15.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address, which is just the same fee we are charged for correcting the address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Some addresses cannot be changed, additional fee’s will apply when packages are returned to us and resent.

When will my order ship?

After you place your order, we usually ship it out the same day, or 24 hours after the order is placed (Monday through Friday). Most of our larger items (such as furniture and some bedding) are shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse. These have a 1-5 day processing time until they are shipped. If the lead times are longer for any of our products there will be a lead time posted in the Info & Tips box on each product. Custom orders and some large furniture items will be made by hand, so these leads times are estimates and can occasionally go beyond their estimated shipping date. If this happens, we will contact you via email.
