Susa Nomad Basket

from $35.00

Ikat is a resist-dyeing technique in nomadic tribes and was the inspiration behind making the Sumak Nomad Woolable Rug by Lorena Canals, with a modern twist. It has a short pile and is made with natural wool making it soft and warm to the touch. The best part of the Sumak Nomad Woolable Rug by Lorena Canals is that it is fully machine washable so you can enjoy family time without worrying about spills and little messy accidents!

Features:

  • Material: Pile: 100% Wool. Base: Recycled Cotton
  • Handcrafted with care in India
  • Machine Washable
  • Non-toxic and complies with all quality and safety regulations for children. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 certified.

Dimensions:

Medium: 55.1" x 78.7"

Extra large: 78.7" x 118.1"

Care tips:

Machine-wash on delicate. Because the rug is made with natural fibers this may cause slight shedding for a while, especially after the first washes. This process will decrease over time, as the rug gets vacuumed (always on low to moderate suction mode). Remove spills immediately.

Absorb the spill with a clean, soft cloth by pressing firmly around the spill.

Folding wrinkles will gradually smooth after laying the rug on the floor allowing for the fibers to naturally adapt. However, you can put the rug in the dryer to speed up the process before first use.

Looking for a rug pad? We love this non-toxic natural wool one sold by the roll!
