This past month, Modern Nursery partnered with our friends at dadada Baby and DaVinci Baby on a giveaway in honor of one of the most important things new families need - friendships! Across various social media platforms, we asked you to nominate a friend for this giveaway, and you did! Hundreds of you took the time out of your day to nominate a new parent you truly thought deserved a little win.
And a lucky one of you (yay Sadikka!) - won your friend an amazing gift: a prize package that included a DaVinci Jenny Lind 3-In-1 Convertible Crib, the brand new dadada Baby Gramercy 5-Drawer Dresser and organic cotton crib sheets from Modern Nursery!
Our big giveaway winner, Naheeda, was ecstatic to be nominated by her best friend, and so surprised - she’s never won a giveaway before! Just this past year, Naheeda, her husband and their then three children were finally able to move to the United States after six long years of navigating the paperwork and planning to immigrate from Afghanistan. Immediately after their arrival, they found out Naheeda was pregnant with their 4th child. Their beautiful baby boy was born this past June! Naheeda calls him her miracle baby.
Naheeda’s newborn son has a neutral colored nursery, which fits the style of their giveaway winnings perfectly. When we asked Naheeda about which products and advice she finds helpful for new parents, here’s what she told us:
