Who Is ModernNursery?

ModernNursery was founded by San Francisco executive/mom Trish Meyler who was looking for a new, less corporate career and a way to combine her internet background, her love of shopping, and her knowledge of clean functional modern design. Her goal is to only feature items that possess both unique style and function; thus inventory is selective, sophisticated, unique and often rotating (though key classics are always available). ModernNursery is proud have received some really fabulous press, including The Today Show, DWELL magazine, The Washington Post, Celebrity Living Magazine, CHILD Magazine, TIME Magazine, USWeekly, San Francisco ChronicleThe MARTHASTEWART Talk Show and many more. We also enjoy giving back! Some organizations we love to help: Habitat for Humanity, Extreme Home Makeover (created an amazing room for an amazing little boy. Our sister website Pokkadots donated several years of clothing and supplies as well--- the little boy is set! Kiva.org an Carbon Fund are our other favorites.
