What is the ModernNursery returns/exchanges policy?
At ModernNursery our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange.* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
* The only non-refundable items at ModernNursery are custom/personalized items, Furniture items, Viewpoint Rugs (they are custom, made to order), personal hygiene products, soaps, lotions, bubble baths, as well as any dinnerware (anything that you can eat/drink from).
We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items.
What is the ModernNursery cancellation policy?
We will do our best to try and cancel an order if we hear back from you immediately. Unfortunatley, once an order is submitted it is placed into process immediately. Under normal circumstances, this is a good thing for you, getting your order shipped fast! Custom orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. This includes Nurseryworks, ducduc, Viewpoint Rugs, Custom Canvases. Usually anything that doesn't ship within a week. Production begins immediately on these items, therefore cannot be cancelled.
Is my credit card and personal information secure on ModernNursery?
ModernNursery uses the industry's highest level of encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information. Specifically, every page in the ModernNursery ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128bit encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged right away for items that are in stock. Backordered items will not be charged until they ship. Please note that furniture, custom items or special orders will be charged half upon time of the order and the remaining half upon shipment of the item.
